Conception and composition
Designed objects are positioned so that they will use maximum of the natural resources of the site; lower facility (lamella A) is set in the narrow part of the plot, closer to the intersection, parallel to the lower traffic route, while a senior facility (lamella B) is pulled to the upper edge of the parcel, in its wider part, and positioned parallel to the upper junction.

Future residents will enjoy in luxury outside area. It is very carefully planned public area around the villas, with lot of green and stone made details.
Facilities explicitly support the traditional type of coastal homes (inland coastal village in the Bay), in terms of proportional image geometry and rhythm of windows, balconies, cornices, configuration and slope of the roof level.
Function and technology
The main entrance of residential complex, from public area, is provided on the upper road (east side).
