Our real estate France
Expatriation or non-residence tax France obviously means the distance and the difficulty of current management for real estate and real estate investments held in France.
All real estate investments are not made for the status of expatriate or non-resident: as a non-taxable person in France, expatriates have no interest in enjoying the tax benefits related to real estate investments offered by the French State. Thus the property tax exemption laws such as Scellier, Duflot, Pinel, SCPI fiscal or Malraux and Historical Monuments are not suitable for expatriates.
